She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Hornung (John) of Ashland, MA; her grandchildren, Madeline, Jackson and Abigail Hornung; and her siblings, Bernadine Bowman, Rick Czupka (Lois), Dewey Czupka (Candy), Giles Czupka, Ronald and Frank Czupka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
