Niland of Ashland, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Niland (Norton) and George Niland; his brother George Niland; his brother-in-law Joe Toomey; and his father-in-law Anthony Caldaroni.

He is survived by: his spouse Jean Niland (Caldaroni); his children, Christopher Niland (Abby), Matthew Niland (Courtney), Kara Salvucci (Scott Salvucci) of Franklin and Molly Niland; his grandchildren, Grayson, Declan, Merrigan Niland, Ryan and Connor Salvucci; his siblings, Christina Joyce, Sharon Toomey, Bernadette Driscoll, Jacqueline Bates, Donna McGillvray, William Niland and Nancy Warfield; his mother-in-law Marie Caldaroni; and also Judith Carr. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
