He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Janet Haworth (Butterfield) and Marian Haworth (Paquette); his children, Casey Haworth of Denton, NC and Ashley Haworth of Ashland; his siblings, Robert "Buddy" Haworth and Dale Wilson; and his children, Keith Haworth, Christopher and Kellie Haworth.
