She is survived by: her parent Jessie Simmons (Chilson); her children, Paula Peterson-Mazza (Tony), Jeffrey Marcus and Pamela Peck; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Christopher, Matthew, Justin, Joseph, Jamie and Julie; her siblings, Edward T. Simmons (Barbara) and Joanne Gardner (Richard); and her close friends, Joan Stewart and Stephanie Corte.
