He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick Locke and Nellie Locke (Jandzinski); his wife Elizabeth Locke (Devitt); and his brother Ronald Locke. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Locke of Cumberland, RI, Kevin Locke (Emmanuel Camarillo) of Ashland, MA and Maureen Fuentes (Christian) of Millis; and his grandchildren, CJ, Leyna and Lucy.
