He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphee Cormier and Alida Cormier (Gaudette); his wife Marie Cormier (Albert); his granddaughter Renee Browne; and his siblings, Gerard Cormier and Rita Blanchard.
He is survived by: his children, Louis R. Cormier (Janis) of Port St, Raymond J. Cormier (Nancy) of Leominster, Gerard J. Cormier (Karen) of Ashby, John J. Cormier (Donna) of Ashby, Denise J. Lavoie of Westminster, Norma E. Francis (Keith) of Milford, NH, Lucie R. Chisholm of Greenland, NH and Lorraine I. Ruta (Thom) of Northampton; his siblings, Leonide Cormier, Philias Cormier of Lunenburg, Evelyn Hebert and Leona Cormier; and his close friend Ernie Henri. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty three great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews.
