She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sontag and Florence Sontag (Whitcomb); her former husband Allan R. Ellis; and her sisters, Donna Kurtz and Pam Whitman.
She is survived by: her husband David C. Moore of Ashby; her brother Phil Sontag of Sterling; her children, Mike Ellis (Sheila) of Rindge, NH, Crystal (Donald Perron) of Westminster, Scott Ellis (Kathy) of Rindge, NH and Laura Ellis of Fitchburg; and her stepchildren, Debbie Page of Warren, NH, Christine (Lee Smith) of Florida and Michael Moore (Jenai) of Rochester, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dale's memory to Child Evangelism Fellowship.
