He was predeceased by: his parents, Camille Belliveau and Florence Belliveau (Guertin); his daughter-in-law Patricia Belliveau; and his brothers, Donald Belliveau and Andre Belliveau.
He is survived by: his children, Bernard C. Belliveau, Jr. of Ashby, Edward Belliveau of Rindge, NH, Steven Belliveau (Cindy) of Orange, John Belliveau (Lisa) of Ashby and Michelle Bennett (Nicholas) of Townsend; and his sisters, Constance Niles of Fitchburg, Rachel Croteau of Fitchburg, Pauline Belliveau of Fitchburg, Jaqueline Bourgault of Leominster and Dolores Cordio of Leominster. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
