He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Leary Sr. and Violet E. Leary (Tucker); and his brother William J. Leary Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Leary (Patnaude); his daughters, Stacy D. Wallgren (Jeremie) of Hillsboro, N. H. and Shelly A. Leary of Ashburnham, MA; his brother Shawn F. Leary of Boston, MA; and his grandchildren, Amber, Jacob Wallgren and Troy Vento. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
