She was predeceased by: her husband James O'Brien; her parents, Beverly Sullivan (Waid) and Richard Maki; her stepfather Francis "Greg" O'Sullivan; her stepsister Linda Lee Williams; and her brother Daniel "Danny" Richard Maki.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Janssens of Ashburnham; her siblings, Laura Blanchard (Pete) of Fitchburg, John Maki (Debbie) of Portsmouth, NH and Matthew Sullivan (Kate) of Upatol, GA; her nieces, Jessica Blanchard of Westminster, Tessa Maki of Portsmouth, NH, Kristin Fritz (Brian) of Stratham, NH and Kendall Sullivan of Oxford, CT; her stepsister Lisa Blanchard (Thomas) of Ashby, MA.; and her friends, Sue Lahtinen of Ashburnham, Junior and Pauline Lashua of Ashburnham.
