He was predeceased by: his significant other Kathrynne Rivers Hoffman; his parent Francis Hoffman; and his sister Heidi Bull. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Hoffman (Naylor); his sons, Frank Hoffman III of Nashua, Brian Hoffman of Nashua, Sean Hoffman of Florida and Chad M. Hoffman (Janet) of Pepperell; his brother Mark Hoffman of Seattle; and his significant other Thomas Merritt. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
