He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeannine Sammet of Washburn; his parents, Alfred J. Sammet and Annie Sammet (Zink); his daughters, Lisa and Margo Carrier (Bruce) of Greenland, NH; his grandsons, Jacob Carrier (Amanda) of Acton, ME and Jonathan Carrier of Greenland, NH; his great grandchild Lisa Sammet of Craftsbury, VT; his son Jonathan Sammet of Winchendon, MA; his grandson James Sammet (Emily Sammet); and his great grandchildren, Sayler and Mason of Snoqualmie Pass, WA..
When the COVID pandemic hit the country, he was far away from family, so he came up to live at the Greensboro Nursing Home, next to the town where his daughter, Lisa lives.
