He was predeceased by: his parent John J. Fowler; his wife Priscilla Fowler (Stearns); his daughter Melanie; and his siblings, John, Norman, Francis, Albert and Hazel Fowler.
He is survived by: his parent Ethel E. Fowler (Arey); his sons, Warren Fowler and Paul Fowler; his grandchildren, Justin, Cody, Jacob, Nicholas and Doreen; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Maci and Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
