He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Marie (Flynn); and his brother John Hayward. He is survived by: his sons, William Hayward (Mary) of Melrose, Kevin Hayward (Lois) of Medford and Daniel Hayward (Margaret) of Hudson, NH.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
