She was predeceased by: her sisters, Helen C. Waggett (Frederick L. Waggett Sr.) and Dorothea O'Connor (Neil O'Connor); and her parents, Stephen J. Conley and Helen C. Conley of South Boston. She is survived by: her husband John E. Foley Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
