He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Bud" Woodrow Allen and Pauline Allen (Luellen); and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his cousin Patricia Sprague.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 12:30-1:00 p. m. at Oakdale Cemetery's Chapel with his funeral beginning at 1:00 p. m. Please wear a facial covering and social distance as well.
