“Hi I'm Ahalya Venukrishnan (her granddaughter) and seeing this melts my heart <3. She was an amazing strong woman I've known my whole life. It's been hard but I know she there by my side all the time. (I found this randomly lol)”

“Although I never had the opportunity to meet Tara in person, we often spoke on the phone when my staff or I needed more information on a case. Tara was an absolute joy to speak with. And while speaking with her, it was easy to see what was important to her as a person. She was very dedicated to doing her job well and always gave 100%. She was just as dedicated to the most important people in her life– her family. Peggy”

“I met Tara when she and Eda joined our PA Clinician team in 2018. Tara was a wise lady who was always ready and willing to impart her words of wisdom. I always got educated whenever I interacted with Tara, whether it was in her cubicle or on her way out of the office. She seemed to appreciate the underlying story behind every old movie. She was so proud of her granddaughter and talked of her constantly. Tara was always pleasant and professional. We will miss her dearly. Sleep on my dear, Sherry”

“I just wanted to give my deepest sympathy to Tara’s family and friends. Tara was a super charismatic individual with a warm and bright spirit. I looked forward to Tara bringing me new ideas, stories and current events (I’d call new news) daily, while we were still in office. I cherished the talks about Plant Life and different plants growing in all kinds of geographical areas of the world. She was so giving and truly loved her Granddaughter. Tara will be sorely missed. Tiye”

Debra Jacobs wrote a sympathy message

“She was a wealth of knowledge that would always set aside anything she was doing to help, even though she was running low on steam herself during our chaotic days here in PA; it didn’t matter, she was there when called upon and she was happy to do so. She made it clear to all about her endless love and devotion for her children and grandchildren. Tara leaving us is a painful reminder that life is so We tend to always think there is time…until there isn’t and we are left with sorrow. Karen”

“Tara moved into the cube next to me when we were still in house- and MOVE IN she did – her cube was filled with lots artwork, trinkets and proud pictures of her granddaughter. Like you said she had her own style. I will always remember Tara as we both got our 1st Covid shots early on a very cold and windy Saturday morning in town at BMC- it was good to see an familiar face during that time! Amy”

“As remote employees, I did not get the opportunity to meet Tara in person. While trying to help each other figure out what was then the new system, Tara shared some of her personal life with me which included the tremendous love and Joy she has for her granddaughter. From that point on, when we had a chance to chat, Tara would always fill me in on how her granddaughter was doing Cynthia”

“When you lose people like Tara, I try to think of it not as a loss but as a blessing that I got to have them in my life. We meet a lot of people in our life, and we do give and get something from each and every one of them. Some, though, leave a mark, and we will always carry them in our hearts, like Tara did. I almost hear her saying: everything will be ok kiddo! It is what it is! Last conversation she was telling me was how happy she was for me and my baby . Eda”

“Tara was a very good friend, pleasant to talk to, with tons of knowledge and experience. I often called her live encyclopedia  because her knowledge was immense. To me, what made her special, was her being genuine, true, caring, a person you could always rely on for an advice or just to be there for you. You could have a conversation with her for hours and hours, and would not even feel the time. Her jokes were uplifting and her experiences were just as amazing. Eda”
