She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Feinman; her children, Sandie Antar and Marsha Byrnes (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Rebecca Novick, Mark Antar, Dan Byrnes, Jeremy Antar and Steve Byrnes; her great grandchildren, Callie, Mila, Edison, George, Emma, Ethan and Adrian; her siblings, Frieda Hoffman and George Cieser; her nieces, Sharon Clayton and Ann Shansky; and her great-nephews, Michael and Scott Shansky.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Jewish Museum, 1109 5th Ave, NYC 10128, where Sylvia was a docent for many years.
