She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; and her siblings, Ruth Brosnan, Robert and Donald. She is survived by: her children, David (Stannye Baringer) of Jacksonville, Florida, Elizabeth Macomber of Milton, Karen Bruso (James) of Wellesley, Susan Gibson (C. Michael) of Natick and Cathleen Lonergan (David) of Atkinson, NH.; her grandchildren, Allison, Ross, Will, Andrew, Molly, Jill, Mike, Abby, Megan, Tim, Brian, Grace and Katie; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Magdalene, Sydney, Catherine and Liam. She is also survived by mother to her five children.

Children held a special place in her heart and in honor of that donations in her name may be made to Bridge Over Troubled Waters, a Boston based agency that provides services for homeless, runaway and at-risk youth. Please mark donations in memory of Sybil Marble.
