He was predeceased by: his parents, John McDermott and Dorothy McDermott (McLaughlin). He is survived by: his wife Nattie McDermott; his son John Patrick McDermott (Jasmyn Carpentier) of Morrisville, VT; his stepdaughter Jib Channara (Bundhit Channara) of Waltham, MA.; and his close friend Mac. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and lifelong friends.
