She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia MacFarlane of Dallas and Leon Lombard of Live Oak, FL; and her children, Russell Sample, Jeane Sample, Jr. (Stuart), Diane Tilton (Sample), Don Tilton, Roy Sample, Jane Sample (Gilchrist), Ronald Sample, Jeanne Sample (Martineau), Roger Sample, April Boles, David Sample, Sheri Keirstead and Sherri Leigh Sample. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
