He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen T. McCormack (Reidy); and his parents, Virginia McCormack and Joseph McCormack. He is survived by: his children, Robert McCormack (Jennifer), Mary Ann Serra (Raymond) of Marblehead, Kathy Pickett (Stephen) of Woburn, Brian McCormack of Arlington and Tricia O'Neil (Patrick) of Wakefield; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Meghan, Eric, Julia, Stephen, Jacqui, Katelyn, Matthew, Mary Rose, Patrick and Joseph. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions to be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., 2000 L Street NW Suite 410, Washington, DC 20036.
