With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mary Pithis of Arlington, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on January 1, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas; her brothers, Costa, Christos and Andrew Spalaris; her sister-in-law Anna; and her parents, Niko Spalaris and Despina Spalaris.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Olga) and Charles (Nancy); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Madeeha), Alanna, Michael (Jess) and Marina (Yanni Michaelidis); her great grandchildren, Cole, Emma Pithis, Eleni and Stella Michaelidis; her sisters-in-law, Lenora and Joan Spalaris; her nieces and nephews, Debbie, Pam, Angela, Chris, Andy and Nicholas; and her son Stellios (Steven).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Athanasius the Great Greek Orthodox Church (4 Appleton St, Arlington, MA 02476). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (70 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474).
