She was predeceased by: her brother Anthony Perino. She is survived by: her children, John Clark Sr. (Gail) of Lexington and Cheryl Clark of Woburn; her grandchildren, Meghan Sainte and John Clark Jr.; her great grandchild Madelyn Sainte; her sister Anna Guinta; and her sister-in-law Sheila Perino. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
