She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew J. Hunt; her parents, Mary Cassidy and Patrick Cassidy; and her friends, Rosemarie and Tony Peduto.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa "Terri" Shine (Dan) of Arlington, Matthew J. "Jim" Hunt, Jr. (Christine) of Burlington and Janet Peterson (Dave) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Michelle Lent, Danielle, Bryan Hunt, Matthew, Caroline and Tommy Peterson; her sister Mary C. DiMaggio of Waltham; her siblings-in-law, Maureen Joseph, Woburn, Ann Hunt of Lexington and Maureen McCall of Arlington; and her friend Lisa Peduto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
