She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. Hernon; her parents, Martin Conneely and Margaret (McDonagh); and her sister Mary McDonagh. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Gallagher (Declan) of Winchester; and her siblings, Patrick, Bartley Conneely of Ireland, Martin Conneely, Sean Conneely, Dara Conneely and Bridget Conneely. She is also survived by sister in laws and loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
