He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. DiCicco (Cafarelli); his children, Sandra DiCicco Walsh, Louis DiCicco III (Ann) and Kimberly Waldman (Robert); his brother Maurice DiCicco (Grace Ann) of Woburn; and his grandchildren, Paul DiCicco (Amy), Brianna Walsh, Kelsey DiCicco, Dominic DiCicco, Jake Waldman and Alyssa Waldman. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
