Judith Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Phelps (Arlington, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 14, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse Richard S. Phelps; her children, Gwendolyn Phelps of Arlington and Joscelyn Moore (Todd) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Todd Phelps Ferreira (Rebecca), Ethan Moore and Aiden Moore; and her sibling Janet Doe (Kingsley). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
