He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Neary and Annie M. (Breen); and his brother Peter Neary. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Neary of Medford, Joseph Neary, Jr. of Medford and Michael Neary of Malden; his friend Rita Ultrino of Malden; and also Dolores Neary (Santoro) of Medford.
