McCarthy, Julie of Holden, Matthew N. McCarthy and Gloria Winquist Hedlund of Carlisle; his sister Elaine McCarthy of Needham; his grandchildren, Alex, Oscar, Luis, Madeline, Jeremy, Katie, Colleen, Colin and Brenna; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle and Oscar.
