It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John M. O'Toole (Arlington, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Louise Logan. He is survived by: his wife Lydia F. (Rose); his children, John O'Toole (Cheryl) of Woburn, Sheila Silva, Ron Tassinari of Medford, Robert O'Toole (Megan) and Patricia Lelos of Tewksbury; his grandchildren, Julie Silva (Matthew Welch), Ashley Silva, Brianna Greenwood (Matthew Greenwood) and Bryan Lelos; his sister Ruth Michael; his great grandchild Isabella Greenwood; and his brother-in-law Joseph O'Connor (Roberta). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in John's memory to Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
