He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Dunleavy and Mary Dunleavy. He is survived by: his wife Ann MacDonald; his sons, John Brian Dunleavy, Jr. (Denise Rusack) and Brett Dunleavy (Kerry); his grandchildren, Dara Ann and Brayden; and his siblings, Jim Dunleavy (Gerry) of Watertown, MA and Patricia Dunleavy of Arlington, MA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
