He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Keefe and Marie O'Keefe; and his sister-in-law Patricia Ronan. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Ferolito O'Keefe; his son John O'Keefe, Jr.; his grandchildren, Joey and Jake O'Keefe; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine and Fred Buckley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, family members, friends and neighbors.
