She was predeceased by: her husband Roland E. Chaput. She is survived by: her children, Philip Chaput of Woburn, Susan Robinson (Spencer) of Arlington, Thomas Chaput (Christina) of Lexington, Ann Reilly (John) of Brockton and John Chaput (Melissa) of Smithfield, RI.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
