She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Fletcher and Barbara Fletcher (Allen) of Arlington; her spouse Charles Avery (Chip); her son Chad; her siblings, Alan Fletcher (Connie), Glenn Fletcher, Sheryl Shea (General Robert), Claudia Downey (Thomas) and Carol Petersen; and her sister-in-law Priscilla Avery Gray (Dennis). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
