He is survived by: his wife Kathie Chainey-Flajnik; his children, John (Celeste), David, Erin and Austin; his siblings, Larry, Dianne and Linda; and his grandchildren, Lucia and Marcelo. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
