He was predeceased by: his father Anthony P. Caruso. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Caruso (Clarke); his mother Rita E. Caruso (Sheppard); his sister Janis M. Caruso; his mother-in-law Janet I. Clarke of Burlington; his siblings-in-law, Christopher L. (Nicole R. Clarke) of Chelmsford and Cathleen C. (Sean Lonergan) of Seattle; and his nephews, Brendan, Shawn, Declan and Kieran.
