He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Ruth Sullivan; and his brother John H. Sullivan. He is survived by: his brother Charles Sullivan (Marian) of Winthrop; and his nephew John Sullivan of Arlington.

All attendees are required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing, and pay their respects and exit the funeral home promptly to allow other guests to enter.
