He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Griffin, Catherine Griffin (Kay) and Mary Desmond. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Janet (MacLeod) of Arlington; and his children, Francis Griffin (Karen) of Arlington, John Griffin (Maureen) of Arlington, Daniel Griffin (Ginny) of Arlington, Thomas Griffin (Jacqui) of Arlington, Karen Fitzgerald (Daniel) of Arlington, Robert Griffin (Katie) of Arlington and Kathleen Potter of North Reading. He is also survived by his seven children, twenty-one grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVito Funeral Home (1145 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Agnes Church (32 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474).
