She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Perna (late Anthony Perna) and William Pike; and her siblings, William Pike Jr., Anthony Perna and Christine Perna.
She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Chiara Jr. of Arlington, Massachusetts.; her children, Frank Chiara III (Sherry) of Tewksbury, Paul Chiara (Rica) of Arlington, Denise Maffeo of Dracut and Karen Consoli (David) of Methuen; her grandchildren, Alycia Mazzapica (James), Michelle McEvoy (Sean), Frank, Ashley Chiara IV, Marissa O'Leary (Mark), Nicholas, Emma Maffeo, Kevin Chiara, Kayla Chiara, Cassandra Chiara, Michael Consoli and Joseph Consoli; and her siblings, Stephen Perna, Gerald Perna (Stephanie), Christopher Perna (Mary) and Frances Downing (Frank). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current precautions surrounding COVID-19, all arrangements are private and under the care of DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Massachusetts Ave., Arlington, MA.
