She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard J. O'Brien; her sister Elaine; and her sister-in-law Mary. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Fitzgerald (Donald) of Melrose, Sondra Ticcony (Michael) and Gail Centrella (Steven) of North Andover; her siblings, Claire, Catherine, Edmund, George and Paul Sparks; and her brothers-in-law, John, James and George O'Brien. She is also survived by grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Evelyn's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.
