She was predeceased by: her spouse Panagioti Kontakos; her parent Panagioti Levetsoviti; and her brother George Levetsoviti of Skala. She is survived by: her children, Efstratios Kontakos (Smaragda) and Vasiliki Kontakos; her siblings, Kiki Lambros of Skala, Marika Partsiliva of Skala, Tasia Kaxrimani of Skala, Lakonias and Greece; and her siblings-in-law, Nifi (Greece) and Kouniatho. She is also survived by her Godchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the St. Jude's Childrens Hospital .
