It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward T. M. Tsoi of Arlington, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother David Tze Ping Tsoi. He is survived by: his wife Louise of Arlington, MA; his daughters, Laura (Jed) of Arlington, MA and Alison (Anthony) of Chappaqua, NY; his grandchildren, Makayla, Matthew and Alexa; and his sister Katherine "Kitty" Croft of Metairie, LA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I am remembering Ed from the mid-1970's, when he was an associate, and I was a student intern, at Sert, Jackson & Associates. He was always thoughtful and calm in his work as well as in his relationships to others - he never seemed to be stressed by the demands of an office where he had significant responsibility. Years later I saw him at a graduation ceremony at the Boston Architectural Center. He was then a leader at Tsoi Kobus, and as thoughtful as ever. He will be missed by all who knew him.”
