He was predeceased by: his spouse Eta M Downing (Hayes); his parents, Thomas Downing and Winefred Downing; and his sisters, Mary Esther and Genevieve Downing.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen (Robert Latshaw Jr.) of Franklin, Eileen (Brian Meaney) of Framingham and Thomas of Chelmsford; and his grandchildren, Sinead Slabine, Brian Meaney, Michael and Tim Latshaw. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
