With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy Janice Duffy of Arlington, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Duffy; and her sisters, Barbara Kristof and Arlene Locke. She is survived by: her children, James F. Duffy (Darlene) of Lowell, Kathleen M. Jones (Rick) of Burlington and Nancy J. Ward (Bobby) of Malden; her grandchildren, Kristine Jones, Jessica Ward, Nicholas Ward, Haley Ward, Shane Duffy and Patrick Duffy; and her great grandchild Olivia Nitche. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of her family. in lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org/donate.
