He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kinder and Christine Kinder; and his nephew Scott Portesi. He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Portesi (David), Donna McArdle (Arthur) of Revere, Diane Cutliffe of Woburn and Suzanne Kinder; and his nephews, Kenneth and Daniel Cutliffe. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arlington High School Music Dept.
