Cavicchio (Thibault) of Women's Hospital; his daughters, Christa Dhimo (Ervin) of Reading, Laren Cavicchio (Darrell Rogers) of Tampa, FL and Julie Cavicchio (Steve Arlin) of Merrimack, NH; his brother Jack Cavicchio (Pam) of Billerica; his grandchildren, Ella, DritaGrace and Dafina; and his nephews, Joe Cavicchio of Billerica and Dave Cavicchio of Somerville. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and in-laws.
