He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth M. Santolucito; his wife Betty; his children, Elizabeth M. Anderson (late Allan) of Waltham, Charles F. Woods Jr. (Maria) of Burlington, David P. Woods (Wendy) of Burlington and Mary Ann Woods (late Robert Freeman) of Arlington; his grandchildren, Allan, Ryan, Kevin Anderson, Lauren Ellis (William), Mark Woods (Emily Dalton), Nicole, Andrew Woods, Corey, Miranda, Christian, Ella Woods and Josh Freeman; and his great grandchildren, Jordan and Domenic Woods. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
