He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lombardi and Nora Lombardi (Martin); and his sister Janice. He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Lombardi (Marchese); his son Charles F. Jr. (Lois) of Carlise; his grandchildren, Marisa Modoono, Domenic Lombardi, Joseph Modoono, Leah Lombardi, Isabella Lancellotti, Christopher Lombardi, Aniello Lancellotti, Mia Rose Lombardi and Lexi Lombardi; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Johnson Lombardi; and his siblings, Carol Mackey (James), Thomas Lombardi (Sandra), Ronald Lombardi, James Lombardi, Noreen McRae, Susan Titlebaum (Michael Oranczak) and Francis Lombardi. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and close friends.
