He is survived by: his spouse Shirly Holden; his sons, Michael, David and Donald; his daughters-in-law, Cathy and Trish; his grandchildren, Michael, Jessica, Nick and Eliza; and his great grandchildren, Sofia, Anthony, Noah and Dylan.
